Terms of Service

By accessing or using ClaimGuard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ClaimGuard provides decision-support compliance checks for ambulance claim workflows. ClaimGuard does not submit claims, provide legal advice, provide medical necessity determinations, or replace your billing team.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and access control.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you submit.
  • You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Permitted Use

You may use ClaimGuard only for legitimate internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, abuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

5. Data and Compliance

You remain solely responsible for billing decisions, payer submissions, coding outcomes, and final regulatory compliance. ClaimGuard recommendations are informational and must be reviewed by your organization.

6. Fees and Commercial Terms

Pricing and commercial terms are governed by your order form, invoice, or separate written agreement with ClaimGuard. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable after service delivery begins.

7. Intellectual Property

ClaimGuard and associated content, software, branding, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimGuard disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClaimGuard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
